Karbohidratnya dari kwetiau yang teksturnya asyik. Proteinnya dari suwiran ayamnya yang “juicy” nan gurih, dan porsinya gak pelit. Sementara itu, meskipun kuahnya bening, beeeuh, segar dan rasa kaldu berempahnya terasa. Potongan batang serai, daun jeruk, kincong (kecombrang), jamur tiram, daun ketumbar, dan tomat bikin kuah kaldunya tjiamik! . Sehatnya, karena bisa pesan tanpa penyedap rasa buatan. Nah, kalo kira-kira kurang pedas, pesan aja potongan cabe rawit yang disajikan di atas kecap asin.
